The OESB (Outdoor Education Sleeping Bag) Synthetic is a great bag for general use: it’s robust, easy to look after and warm even when damp. The generous mummy shape makes it both comfortable and thermally efficient, while the squared foot-box is complemented by a full-length YKK #5 locking zip with anti-snag cover. (This zip allows it to be easily opened from the ankle for effective venting.) Made from robust Vapour Vent V2 fabric, it’s filled with multiple layers of thermally-bonded Thermolink to maximise performance while minimising size and weight.

• Selecting a zip side is easy: when lying in a sleeping bag, a left-hand zip (LH) is on your left side
• Joined at the zip: full-length zips allow models with compatible left and right zips to be zipped together
